We work with you to identify your sleep challenges, understand your parenting philosophy, and design a custom sleep plan that aligns with your personal goals. I'm Snoozy Tot's lead Pediatric Sleep Consultant, fellow mom, and self-proclaimed sleep enthusiast. I'm also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Special Education Teacher, with 10+ years of experience in supporting children, parents, and other professionals in strengthening positive behaviors and eliminating challenging ones.
